Older or imported data you want to keep in dashboards, filters and period comparisons. It stays available for analysis but is no longer processed by the continuous AI analysis. Priced at 30% of the equivalent new-response tier.

AI analysis

Open-ended responses are automatically analysed for sentiment and categorised by theme.

Pro and Enterprise also include anomaly detection, automated findings and AI-generated insights that help you understand what changed and why.

API and SDK

Programmatic access to Apklausa360 functionality and data.

Use the API to generate unique survey links for individual respondents and send them through your own email system, embed surveys in your website or product using the JavaScript SDK, or exchange data with your other systems.

API and SDK access is included in Pro and Enterprise.

Historical data

Responses imported from another system or collected in Apklausa360 more than one year ago.

They remain available in dashboards, filters and period comparisons, but are no longer processed by the continuous AI analysis layer. This is why historical data is priced at 30% of the equivalent new-response tier.

Email sending

Survey invitations and reminders sent through Apklausa360.

This is optional. You can generate unique survey links for individual respondents through the API and send them using your existing email system instead. In that case, no Apklausa360 email-sending fee applies.
