Send survey emails through Apklausa360

Unticked - you use your own email infrastructure. Pro and Enterprise customers use the Apklausa360 API to obtain unique respondent URLs and insert them into their existing system. On Free you can use the public survey URL or the generated QR code, but API and SDK access is not included.

Historical data in analytics

Earlier or imported data you want to keep in dashboards, filters and comparisons. These responses stay available for analysis, but the continuous AI pipeline no longer runs over them - new responses still go through all of it. Priced at 30% of the equivalent new-response tier.

Terms

AI analytics

Open-text answers are scored for sentiment and sorted into themes automatically. Pro and Enterprise add anomaly detection, findings and AI-generated insights that show what changed and why.

API and SDK

Programmatic access to Apklausa360: fetch unique respondent URLs and send them through your own email system, embed a survey in your product with the JavaScript SDK, or push data into your own systems. Included in Pro and Enterprise.

Historical data

Responses imported from another system, or collected in Apklausa360 more than a year ago. They stay in dashboards, filters and comparisons, but the continuous AI pipeline no longer runs over them - which is why they cost 30% of the equivalent new-response tier.

Email sending

Survey invitations and reminders sent through Apklausa360 infrastructure. Optional: you can fetch unique respondent URLs through the API and send them with your existing system instead, paying nothing for sending here.
